What We Offer


our Standard, Low Carb, and keto Meal Plans are carefully crafted and designed to keep you and your taste buds interested week after week. Each meal is made with lean proteins, complex carbohydrates, and healthy essential fats. the menu rotates weekly and updates on sunday evening.

Standard Meals have a macronutrient profile of 30-40 grams of protein, 40-60 grams of carbohydrates, and 5-15 grams of healthy essential fats. All meals are kept in the range of betweeen 375 and 550 calories per meal.**

Low Carb Meals have a macronutrient profile of 25-35 grams of protein, 20-30 grams of carbohydrates, and 5-15 grams of healthy essential fats. All meals are kept in the range of betweeen 250 and 375 calories per meal**.

Very similar to our Standard and Low Carb meal plan, our Keto Meal Plan is exactly as expected; starch-free! These meals are made to be just as fulfilling and satisfying as our Standard “pro-carb”versions. All of the flavor and taste with none of the glucose.

Keto Meals have a macronutrient profile of 35-45 grams of protein, 5-15 grams of carbohydrates (all from vegetables and carbohydrate substitutes), and 10-20 grams of healthy essential fats. All meals are kept in the range of betweeen 225 and 350 calories per meal.**

Now introducing our athlete meal plan! these meals are designed to provide the energy and fuel needed to get through those grueling 2 a days and intense practices. these meals are made to be high protein, high carb, and low fat. these meals are great for crossfit competitors, baseball players, and any athlete looking for high quality meals to aid on and off the “field”

Athlete Meals have a macronutrient profile of 35-45 grams of protein, 60-80 grams of carbohydrates, and 5-15 grams of healthy essential fats. All meals are kept in the range of betweeen 250 and 375 calories per meal**.

how does it work

Our menus are updated every Saturday at 12PM.

Orders must be placed by Thursday at 9:30PM processed for the following week.

How you receive your meals

Orders placed before thursday at 9:30PM are delivered on the following sunday between 6 & 10 pm

there is a five meal minimum for all delivery orders, pick up has no requirements

pick ups can be scheduled for any time during the week.

each order is delivered in a cooler bag with ice packs to keep meals fresh during delivery, a driver will knock or ring the doorbell when your meals arrive
